Another night riddled with dreams. I keep asking myself, why? Why did you do this to yourself again? All in the name of love? Well, guess what, it's not worth it!

One of my male friends offered some very wise words yesterday from personal observation of my behavior regarding my husband. He knew I was having a hard time over another relationship. His words were very astute and comforting...

"You haven't healed yet from your Husbands death. It leaves a hole that has to be healed and cannot be filled up by someone else. Relax, breathe, smile and be kind to yourself. The healing will happen and then happiness will come".
